Event Schedule

Gates Open

Gates open at 11 A.M. Follow the signs to parking area.

Food Trucks Open

Food Trucks will be open for orders 11-6pm

Live Music

Live music will be from 11-6. 20 minute intermissions for announcements throughout event

Event Conclusion

Final Parking shuttle departs at 5: P.M.

Final Piggly Wiggly Bus Departs at 6:00 P.M.

Event Concludes at 6 P.M.

Main event parking available on the grass at West Bend Municipal Airport (KETB). Shuttle will run from main parking area to the event space. All parking is first-come, first-serve.

Parking

Free overflow parking will be available at Piggly Wiggly in West Bend and a Bus service will be available to transport you to the event.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We ask that you support the local EAA chapter , West Bend Airport , and our cause through the purchase of food and beverage provided during the event.

    Please refrain from bringing your own food and beverage.

  • The event will be changed to Sunday if the weather outlooks shows clear skies/improved weather.

    Otherwise, the event will be held rain or shine.

    In the event of severe weather, we will assess and determine if it is possible to move to the next day.
